This is a story that might make you feel weird, since right from the very beginning, even if you don’t have any idea what this show is about.
Joe (Penn Badgley), the protagonist, is this creepy guy who can send shivers down your spine. Severely mentally disturbed, he might actually make you feel sick.
The Scary "Normality"
The guy is absolutely disturbing, and his “incredibly normal” appearance can make the most impressionable minds question some of the people they know.
From the very first episode, it’s impressive to see how far he can go and how easily unimaginable things take place.
Impressive Character
The character is deep, his story involving, and he really acts like he’s some kind of victim of circumstances, making you wonder how such a thing is possible or whether the girl (Elizabeth Lail) is just blind to it all.
You’ll soon realize she’s just oblivious to the escalating situation and figure out that he is just so perfect in his psychopathic roleplay that everyone would fall in his web of traps, lies, and deceit.
A Show to Keep Watching
Despite the fact that the end was slightly expected, I’m eagerly waiting for the second season, which, according to some news, will be produced by Netflix.
I truly loved this show, and I bet you will too.
