  Something about Landman feels strangely unsettling . At first, I thought I was simply watching a show about the oil business: oil fields, workers, explosions, money, criminals, family problems, and a lot of very complicated people, but it is more than that.  It is about a world where danger has become normal. An accident happens. People die. Someone gets injured. There is an explosion. And then... the business has to continue. Because the business always has to continue. The Show Must Go On The first episode does a surprisingly good job of introducing us to the world of Landman without feeling like a lecture about the oil industry. We learn how things work by watching people do their jobs. We see the dangers, the relationships between the workers, the money involved, and the strange mixture of confidence and resignation that seems to define the whole environment.   After finally watching the first season of Yellowstone , I can say that I understand why the show became so popular. Westerns and ranch dramas aren't usually my favorite genres, so I wasn't sure what to expect going in. However, Season 1 surprised me with its strong characters, complex relationships, and morally gray storytelling.   Netflix 's American Primeval is profoundly moving. It immerses viewers in the brutality and beauty of the American frontierving.  The show vividly portrays how harrowing and unforgiving life was during the period when survival was a daily battle against nature, violence, and injustice. Bravery To survive, you couldn't be ordinary. You must be brave, strong, and resourceful. And that's Abish. Her courage and determination were incredibly inspiring, and I found myself rooting for her every step of the way. She's a testament to the strength it took to endure such a harsh world, and her journey is one of the most memorable aspects of the series.
